ANDREW MUNROE

First and foremost, I believe in transparency, embracing my past, present, and future selves with integrity and authenticity. What you see is always what you get from me, without exception.

My journey into wellness began when I enrolled in nursing school back in 2009. Although I spent four years in the medical field after graduation, I eventually realized it wasn't the right fit for me.

My love for wellness blossomed as I explored the gym and discovered new ways to move my body. This passion led me to strive for the "perfect" physique, sometimes pushing myself to extremes. Sadly, struggles with eating disorders, rooted in my teenage years, tainted my pursuit of self-love through unhealthy means. However, these experiences fueled my journey toward a healthier relationship with my body and fitness.

In addition to physical challenges, I battled addiction for over a decade, particularly to opiates and heroin. Despite enduring the lowest of lows, both mentally and physically, I emerged stronger, more resilient, and alive by the grace of god.

Seeking solace in movement, I transitioned into becoming a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher over the past six years. Along the way, I delved into bodybuilding competitions and explored various workout modalities. All leading me up to this very exact moment in time.

Drawing from my wealth of life experiences, I present Phase One of MunroeMethod, Mind2Muscle—a comprehensive training platform designed to optimize gym sessions. Mind2Muscle integrates personal training, yoga and breath work to infuse fluidity into physical pursuits while enhancing strength and power. More importantly, it prioritizes mindset training and fosters a healthier relationship with oneself, body image, thoughts, and nutrition.

In essence, my mission is to challenge norms, redefine self-love, and illuminate the path to self-worthiness.
